The booking process begins with a personalized proposal. After you share the details of your event, including date, location, and preferred services, I'll provide you with a detailed quote tailored to your specific needs. This quote will outline all services included, ensuring transparency, and clarity every step of the way.
4. The Bridal Trial
A bridal trial is an essential part of the process, where we bring your vision to life. We'll experiment with different hair & makeup styles to ensure we achieve the perfect look. It's a relaxed, collaborative session where we refine every detail, ensuring your hair and makeup compliments your features and matches the vibe you've envisioned.
2. Securing The Date
Once you've reviewed the proposal, the next step is to secure your date with a signed contract and 25% non-refundable deposit. This locks in your booking and ensures we're fully committed to making your day flawless. With this step, you can rest assured knowing your hair + makeup are in expert hands.
5. The Final Touches
As your wedding day approaches, we'll finalize all the logistics, including scheduling and any last-minute adjustments. I'll coordinate with your planner or venue to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day, allowing you to relax in the days leading up.
3. Mood Board + Vision
To ensure we're aligned on your style, I'll help you create a personalized mood board that reflects the aesthetic you're envisioning. We'll discuss your preferences, whether it's natural and minimal or a more bold, refined look. This is where we fine-tune the details, from product choices to specific style elements, creating a clear vision for your big day.
6. The Wedding Day
On your wedding day, I'll be there to execute the look we've carefully crafted together, ensuring you look and feel your most beautiful. From the moment you sit in my chair to the final touches, my goal is to provide a stress-free luxurious experience and deliver flawless hair + makeup so you can focus on enjoying your special day.
FAQ's
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner, the better. I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your spot, especially for popular dates during peak season. Please note, I am only accepting destination bookings one year in advance.
When is the best time to book a bridal trial?
The ideal time to book your bridal trial is about 2-3 months before your wedding day. This allows enough time to refine your look and make any adjustments, ensuring you feel confident on the big day!
How long does it take for each service ?
Timing varies depending on your desired look but generally one hour per service.
Can I reduce or change services after booking?
What is the maximum amount of services Gaenor will complete?
The maximum number of services Gaenor will personally complete is 6. If you are in need of additional services, additional artists will be required on site.
You may reduce the number of services originally booked up to five months before your wedding date. After this point, no reductions will be allowed, and you will be charged the full amount for the services outlined in the contract. If someone no longer wishes to receive a service, it can be reassigned to another individual, or alternatively, the service can be changed to either a makeup or a hair service.
What is the timeline for destination weddings?
Gaenor typically arrives 1-2 days before the wedding to ensure everything is perfectly arranged. During this time, brides have an option to schedule a trial if desired, allowing us to fine tune your look before the wedding day. The day of the wedding, I am fully at your disposal, ensuring you and your bridal party are pampered and prepared for the celebration. After the festivities, I'll fly out or depart the following day, leaving you to enjoy your honeymoon or the next chapter of your journey.
Who is responsible for booking travel expenses?
Gaenor takes care of booking all travel arrangements for myself, ensuring everything is organized and seamless. The client will be invoiced for all travel expenses, including airfare, accommodations, and transportation. These costs will be outlined clearly in advance so you can plan accordingly, allowing us to focus on delivering the best possible experience on your special day.
